Tarot cards first appeared in Italy in the early XV century. The oldest known written sources deck Visconti-Sforza tarot deck dates from about 1450 a year. The surviving fragments of decks, invented by Visconti and Sforza families, served as the prototype of the modern deck of 78 cards. Widespread legend that the Major Arcana tarot lead originates neither more nor less than of the Book of the Dead.

Tarot deck consists of 78 cards, of which 22 cards prinadlazhat to the Major Arcana, each of which has a unique name. Younger arcane - four suits (Wands, Swords, Cups and Pentacles) to 14 cards. Each suit contains "numbered card" (Ace to Ten) and "face cards" (Page, Knight, Queen, King).

Starting from the XVI century, documented the use of tarot cards for divination. It was then documented correlation of tarot cards and human destinies. It is this correlation and allows using the tarot deck to simulate virtually any situation that the developers used the story generator.
